Geo-Logic Associates (GLA) is a privately-held, multidisciplinary, geologic, geotechnical, hydrogeologic, civil, and environmental consulting firm. Our highly experienced professionals manage projects through 28 US office locations and an office in Peru. GLA is currently seeking an experienced full-time Area Operations and Maintenance Manager to support civil/site infrastructure, solid waste, and environmental remediation projects. Projects will focus primarily on solid waste facility landfill gas and leachate systems operations, maintenance, monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an environmental, engineering, management, or related field.
- 15 years of previous work experience in solid waste construction, operations, and maintenance.
- Project management, employee management, client management, proposal writing, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience with operations and maintenance of landfill gas and leachate collection systems.
- Capability to work well individually and in groups/teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to understand structural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Understand and use testing, calibration, and monitoring equipment.
- Team building, employee development, and training experience.
- Existing established client relationships, a plus.
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certified.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
