Staff from Geo-Logic Associates’ (GLA) Grass Valley office participated in the Nevada County Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) Expo, held on April 6, 2019. The Superintendent of Schools organized the event for kids “to create an active interest in these disciplines by engaging in original experiences, investigations, and demonstrations.” The STEAM Expo brings together students and local community organizations and employers for an informative and interactive event to foster school and community cooperation in developing the potential of Nevada County students that will lead to future careers in these fields.
