Jake Russell, PE, a Principal Engineer in our Grass Valley, California, office was awarded “Engineer of the Year” by the Engineers Association of Nevada County (EANC). Mr. Russell has been a member of EANC for 20 years, has provided leadership to the group (including serving as President of EANC), and has mentored local engineers in the county throughout his career. He is in charge of the EANC’s scholarship program, which provides scholarships to local high school seniors who have chosen engineering as their major in college. Mr. Russell has been with the Grass Valley team since 1998.
