GLA has relocated its Chicago-area office to accommodate the growth of our Midwest operations. The new office is located at 100 Illinois Street, Suite 201, St. Charles, Illinois 60174.
Martin N. Fallon, PG, will continue to serve as the Operations Manager. The St. Charles office staff is comprised of a team of 12 talented professional geologists, engineers, and hydrogeologists with particular expertise in:

The Midwest team has an extensive history of working with regulatory agencies and programs including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) Site Remediation Program (SRP) and Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) program, and Chicago Department of Environment. Clients include Republic Services, Waste Management, Inc., Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), Chicago Public Building Commission (PBC), Chicago Public Schools (CPS), and various cities, counties, and municipalities primarily in the Midwest.
Project experience includes solid waste rate studies; landfills, transfer stations, and waste disposal facility planning, permitting, and engineering; landfill gas system design, monitoring, and operations; performing Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Investigations, Spill Prevention Containment and Control (SPCC) Plans, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, remediation design and oversight, and underground storage tank (UST) removals and closure reporting.
